LEADERSHIP

Tammy Watkins
Chief Operating Officer

The brains behind the whole organization, Tammy, has been with Pelican since the beginning—15 years and counting! Originally from Upstate New York, Tammy moved to Florida in 2004 and laid down roots. As a female leader in a traditionally male-dominated industry, she inspires those around her with her resilience, passion, and unwavering commitment to excellence. As Chief Operating Officer, Tammy’s leadership and strategic insights are invaluable. If Tammy is not spending quality time with her wife, kids, and granddaughter, you can find her traveling , attending concerts, and sporting events. A dedicated coach, she also leads her son's football team, bringing her leadership skills to both the field and the boardroom. Of all the titles Tammy carries, her most favorite is being “Gam-Gam” to her granddaughter.

Patrick Daigle
Director of Business Development

Patrick has been with our company for years and prior to his current role, there isn’t a department that he hasn’t worked in or overseen. Patrick loves spending time with his family, going to the beach, golfing, and tending to his beloved beard. Patrick is an excellent point of contact for anything you may need and will help with pride!

Justin Williams
Director of Market Development

Justin started with Pelican as an Account Manager and quickly rose through the ranks to Director of Market Development. Along with sales and marketing, Justin has spent the bulk of his career in the construction industry, which has proven to be an invaluable asset to Pelican as a whole. In his free time, you might find Justin, his wife, and their three kids working out, on a hike, at the beach, or traveling. He's also an avid concertgoer and amateur writer. Justin has been a great addition to our leadership team, and whether you want to talk shop or just talk life, he's always got an open ear.

David Somori
Director of Enterprise Architecture

Dave started his journey years ago as an Account Manager and over the years has grown into our Director of Enterprise Architecture, ensuring the advancement in all areas of our company. Spending time with his family, listening/making music, going to the beach, and getting tattoos are Dave’s favorite pastimes. He is extremely knowledgeable in all ends of our company and is always happy to help.

Zach Pettit
Director of Operations

Originally from Kernersville, North Carolina, Zach got his start in countertops back in 2005—working evenings and weekends with a friend out of a backyard setup that used a swing set as a makeshift slab lift. That hands-on, gritty beginning sparked a lifelong passion for craftsmanship and design. After several years in custom sheet metal fabrication, Zach rejoined his friend—now running one of the top fabrication shops in NC—as General Manager. From managing daily operations to overseeing purchasing and growth, Zach played a key role in expanding the business into a top-tier facility housed in a former NASCAR race team shop. Zach specializes in high-end custom countertops and detailed home décor designs, bringing each client’s vision to life with precision and creativity. A proud NASCAR fan and North Carolina native, Zach and his wife (together since the 8th grade and married since 2003) recently traded cold winters for the Florida sunshine. Now living the island life, you’ll find them boating, beach-hopping, or relaxing by the pool. They also love spontaneous Disney trips—one of their favorite places to people-watch and unwind.

Damon Cornelius
Strategic Sales Account Manager

Damon brings a blend of Midwest roots and Florida lifestyle to the team. A Michigan native and proud Michigan State University graduate, he's called the Sunshine State home for the past 25 years. Now living in Palm Harbor with his wife and three children Damon values family above all. Outside of work, you’ll find Damon soaking up the Gulf Coast sun at the beach or exploring local breweries. A true music enthusiast, his playlist spans everything from old school hip hop and blues to alternative rock. He lives by the words of Jerry Rice: “Looking good is feeling good,” and carries that energy into everything he does. Known for his loyalty and honesty, Damon brings integrity, a laid-back spirit, and a solid work ethic to the team.

Len Breidert
Senior National Account Executive

Len has dedicated 14 years to Pelican Int'l, playing a pivotal role in building relationships and establishing Pelican as a recognized brand. When he's not at work sporting all his fresh outfits, Len enjoys cruising in his Corvette or on his Harley. He also loves deep sea fishing, traveling, and is an avid Tampa Bay sports fan.

Quinn Rogers
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER / CHARITABLE PROGRAMS COORDINATOR

Quinn is a Senior Account Manager at Pelican and also serves as the company’s lead for philanthropic initiatives—organizing efforts that support causes like animal rescues, Habitat for Humanity builds, and other charitable community partnerships. A passionate animal lover, Quinn fosters kittens for Pinellas County Animal Services and regularly donates to small rescue organizations across North Florida. At home, life is lively with three teenagers, two small dogs, and a constantly rotating cast of foster cats (she kindly asks that you not inquire how many—she’s lost count and it’s a little embarrassing). Quinn finds humor in the chaos—whether it’s reminding her kids to clean up their messes, losing food she was saving to sneaky snackers, or rewashing laundry that sat too long in the machine. An avid reader, she has an overflowing collection of books, with Mercedes Lackey and Tim Dorsey topping the list of favorites. She also loves discovering new restaurants—especially local, family-owned gems—with bonus points if she’s never tried the dish before.

Jake Milbourn
Senior Account Manager

Jake brings a wealth of experience to Pelican Int'l, having previously worked as a salesman and public adjuster for exterior projects. Currently, he volunteers as a coach for the Clearwater Jr. Tornadoes 14u football team. In his free time, Jake enjoys sports, outdoor activities with his wife, and playing video games.

Tre Carr
Senior Account Manager

Tre joined the Pelican team in 2018 and has brought with him a wealth of experience from various sales positions. As a Senior Account Manager, Tre is dedicated to driving success and building strong client relationships. In his off time, Tre enjoys spending quality moments with his son and honing his stand-up comedy skills.

Brad Alexander
Account Manager

Brad brings years of sales experience to his role at Pelican, where his dedication and strong work ethic continue to make a lasting impact. Known for his commitment to excellence and passion for helping others, Brad consistently strives to deliver the best possible experience for his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones, watching and playing sports, gaming, and exploring music across all genres. Brad is a valued member of the Pelican team and a trusted partner to those he serves.

Ricardo Moyers
Account Manager

Ricardo (Rico) Moyers is an experienced realtor and a proud FIU alum with a passion for connecting with people from all walks of life. As a certified NAUI Scuba Diver and polyglot, Rico brings a unique depth to his role as an Account Manager. A former Disney Cast Member, he enjoys spending his free time at Disney World with his wife and three children, creating magical memories.

Leigh Bruno
Account Manager

Leigh is an adventurous spirit who thrives on connection, curiosity, and new experiences. From hiking and kayaking to dancing salsa and bachata, she’s most at home when she’s active and surrounded by nature. Her solo travels around the world—even the unplanned ones—eventually led her to a teaching opportunity in Ecuador, where her love for learning and people only grew. In her sales role, Leigh brings that same inquisitive nature and warmth to every interaction, making it easy for her to connect and build trust with those around her.

Amy Spinelli
Regional Sales Manager - East FL

Amy is a proud mom of four, grandma to four more, and a lifelong builder in every sense of the word. Her journey in the stone, cabinet, and construction industry began over 35 years ago, working alongside family in their kitchen, bath, and fabrication business. What started as a hands-on education in craftsmanship and hard work quickly grew into a lifelong passion and calling. Over the decades, Amy has evolved from working in the family shop to leading large-scale projects, collaborating with builders, designers, and architects. Every slab, sink, and structure tells a story—and she’s had the privilege of helping thousands of clients tell theirs. Amy has built her career on the foundations of integrity, innovation, and a deep understanding of both the art and science of construction. Whether it’s stone, plumbing, flooring, or finishes, she believes in delivering beauty and function that lasts. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time in her garden, tending to her indoor jungle of houseplants, or working on DIY projects—often on her Jeep. She loves painting, cooking out with family, getting lost in a great book, and embracing every moment of being a grandma. For Amy, this business is personal. It's rooted in legacy, shaped by experience, and driven by a deep love for building—not just spaces, but lasting relationships and trust.

Cody Stocksdale
Business Development Coordinator

Cody started is work with Pelican in our warehouse, steadily progressing himself to find his niche in the projects department. When he's not diving deep into the intricacies of our operations, you'll find him embarking on spontaneous adventures with his daughter or embracing the great outdoors through camping and fishing. His journey here has equipped him with a thorough understanding of our company, and he's always ready to lend a hand with any questions that come his way.

Matt Barondick
Project Account Executive

Matt joined Pelican as an Account Manager and quickly transitioned into an expanded role in the Projects Department. Matt brings over 20 years of diversified outside sales, logistics, and operations management to the Pelican organization. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter during his off-work hours. Traveling, the beach, playing golf, Country concerts, and Bucs games are just a few of his favorite hobbies. Matt is an excellent resource for all Pelican products and prides himself on building and sustaining long-lasting customer relationships.

ADMINISTRATIVE

Courtney Lesser
Business Support Manager

Courtney has been a dedicated member of the Pelican team for years, bringing her extensive experience and expertise to her role of Business Support Manager. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Management, Courtney has over a decade of customer service experience. She began her career at Pelican at the front desk and worked her way up to her current management position, showcasing her commitment and problem-solving skills. Outside of her professional life, Courtney is a devoted mother to four and enjoys spending quality time with them. She also finds joy going to the gym and volunteering in her community. An avid skateboarder, she loves longboarding, though her busy home life has limited her time for this hobby. Courtney's blend of professional dedication and personal passions make her a valued member of the Pelican Int'l family.

Jennifer Peterson
Administrative Assistant

Jennifer is our skilled administrative assistant who helps to keep all things organized. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of three energetic boys who keep her constantly on the go. Jennifer has long been in the fight against cancer - she has volunteered for the American Cancer Society, helping to send children off to summer camps, and participated in charity walks to raise funds. When she's not in the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, seeing new places and quiet evenings at home watching movies with her family.

Dori Gray
Administrative Assistant

Dori brings passion, energy, and a love for challenge to everything she does—whether it's tackling a new project at work or taking on a treetop obstacle course in her free time. An outdoor enthusiast, Dori enjoys adventures like ziplining, kayaking, and paddleboarding, as well as sightseeing and amusement park getaways. She's currently exploring continued education in Human Resources, reflecting her dedication to growth. A strong advocate for women’s rights, Dori combines compassion with action in all areas of her life. When she’s not conquering the outdoors or indulging in a bit of retail therapy, she’s probably catching up on her favorite Korean dramas.

MARKETING & TECH

Gabby Somori
Marketing Administrator

Gabby is a talented self-taught graphic designer and marketing professional at Pelican. Originally from Delaware, she relocated to Florida a few years ago. Her journey in marketing and design began while she was a restaurant owner, where she discovered her passion through marketing her business. Following some family changes, Gabby transitioned to freelance work as a marketing and graphic design specialist. In 2021, Gabby began freelancing for Pelican where her creativity and skills were quickly recognized by management, leading to a full-time position. Since then, she has been an integral part of Pelican's team, driving the company's creative initiatives. In her free time, Gabby enjoys exploring Florida with her daughter and taking in all the Sunshine State has to offer.

Stephanie Stott
Marketing Administrator

Stephanie joined the Pelican team in 2020 as a Marketing Assistant and is returning as a Marketing Administrator. She enjoys being creative and applying her graphic design and writing background to her tasks. She’s worked as a contributor for St. Pete Rising, a technical writer for software companies, and a volunteer historical archivist. Stephanie loves good fiction, time with her pets, and exploring nature. She’s excited to help Pelican reach even greater heights.

Dorra Lahiani
Technical Design Lead

Dorra holds a master’s degree in IT Security and Auditing, a bachelor’s in IT and Business Management, and an additional degree in Interior Design. She also holds a CompTIA Security+ certification. Dorra began her career in software development before co-founding and managing a STEM-based retail business. She has competed in several global cybersecurity competitions, including Cyber Apocalypse, PicoCTF, and the National Cyber League. Outside of work, Dorra is a proud mother of three and enjoys spending her free time cooking and baking for her family. A nature enthusiast, she loves hiking and relaxing at the beach with her loved ones.

Scott Somers
Information Technology Manager

Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and their newborn, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and winding down with a good movie. A true movie buff, he appreciates everything from cult classics to the latest blockbusters. He’s also an avid gamer who loves connecting with friends online. A lifelong fan of comics and Star Wars, Scott proudly embraces his inner nerd and brings that same enthusiasm into everything he does.
