Chief Operating OfficerThe brains behind the whole organization, Tammy, has been with Pelican since the beginning—15 years and counting! Originally from Upstate New York, Tammy moved to Florida in 2004 and laid down roots. As a female leader in a traditionally male-dominated industry, she inspires those around her with her resilience, passion, and unwavering commitment to excellence. As Chief Operating Officer, Tammy’s leadership and strategic insights are invaluable. If Tammy is not spending quality time with her wife, kids, and granddaughter, you can find her traveling , attending concerts, and sporting events. A dedicated coach, she also leads her son's football team, bringing her leadership skills to both the field and the boardroom. Of all the titles Tammy carries, her most favorite is being “Gam-Gam” to her granddaughter.
Patrick Daigle
Director of Business DevelopmentPatrick is a seasoned leader at Pelican, having grown through nearly every department—from sales and warehouse operations to logistics and marketing—before stepping into his current role as Director of Business Development. This breadth of experience gives him a deep understanding of how all aspects of the company work together, making him a trusted advisor to both colleagues and clients. Known for his approachable personality and quick-witted sense of humor, Patrick has a natural talent for building strong, lasting relationships while making the process engaging and enjoyable. A true Tampa Bay local, Patrick enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time at his cabin in Highlands, NC, relaxing on the Gulf Coast beaches, and squeezing in a round of golf whenever possible. You’ll often find him at industry events, networking with professionals, sharing his extensive knowledge, and connecting with clients in offices or on jobsites. Patrick’s combination of leadership, expertise, and approachable charm makes him an invaluable part of the Pelican team and a driving force behind the company’s success.
David Somori
Director of Enterprise ArchitectureDave is the driving force behind Pelican’s innovation and operational excellence. Starting his career as an Account Manager, he has grown into his role as Director of Enterprise Architecture, where he shapes company-wide strategies, implements cutting-edge processes, and ensures every department operates at peak performance. A true problem-solver, Dave brings fresh ideas and actionable solutions daily, making him an indispensable leader and trusted resource for the entire team. His deep understanding of Pelican’s operations and collaborative approach have helped guide the company’s growth and evolution at every level. Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, creating and listening to music, soaking up the sun at the beach, and collecting tattoos as a form of personal expression. Zach Pettit
Director of OperationsOriginally from Kernersville, North Carolina, Zach got his start in countertops back in 2005—working evenings and weekends with a friend out of a backyard setup that used a swing set as a makeshift slab lift. That hands-on, gritty beginning sparked a lifelong passion for craftsmanship and design. After several years in custom sheet metal fabrication, Zach rejoined his friend—now running one of the top fabrication shops in NC—as General Manager. From managing daily operations to overseeing purchasing and growth, Zach played a key role in expanding the business into a top-tier facility housed in a former NASCAR race team shop. Zach specializes in high-end custom countertops and detailed home décor designs, bringing each client’s vision to life with precision and creativity. A proud NASCAR fan and North Carolina native, Zach and his wife (together since the 8th grade and married since 2003) recently traded cold winters for the Florida sunshine. Now living the island life, you’ll find them boating, beach-hopping, or relaxing by the pool. They also love spontaneous Disney trips—one of their favorite places to people-watch and unwind.

Damon Cornelius
General ManagerDamon brings a unique blend of Midwest roots and Florida lifestyle to Pelican, combining a strong work ethic with a people-focused approach. A Michigan native and proud Michigan State University graduate, he has called the Sunshine State home for the past 25 years. As General Manager, Damon oversees all sales staff and operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service, maintains operational excellence, and consistently meets company goals. Known for his strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, he is deeply committed to mentoring his team, fostering collaboration, and finding solutions that drive results across all areas of the business. Now living in Palm Harbor with his wife and three children, Damon places family at the center of his life. Outside of work, he enjoys soaking up the Gulf Coast sun at the beach, exploring local breweries, and immersing himself in music—from old school hip hop and blues to alternative rock. He lives by the words of Jerry Rice: “Looking good is feeling good,” bringing that energy, positivity, and integrity into both his personal and professional life. Len Breidert
Senior National Account ExecutiveLen has been part of Pelican Int’l since the very beginning, playing an essential role in shaping the company’s reputation and growth. Over the years, he’s become known not just for his deep product knowledge, but for the way he treats every customer like family. Len believes in doing right by people—always looking out for their best interests, going the extra mile when they need support, and serving as a reliable helping hand both inside and outside the office. His fun-loving spirit and strong work ethic make him a cornerstone of the Pelican team. Whether he’s mentoring colleagues, jumping in to solve a problem, or bringing a smile to the warehouse on a busy day, Len shows up with dedication, loyalty, and genuine care for the people around him. When he’s off the clock, Len’s personality shines just as bright. He loves cruising in his Corvette or on his Harley, deep-sea fishing, and exploring new places when traveling. And no matter where he is, he never misses a chance to rep his home teams as a proud Tampa Bay sports fan.
Quinn Rogers
SENIOR National ACCOUNT MANAGER / CHARITABLE PROGRAMS COORDINATORQuinn is a Senior Account Manager at Pelican and also serves as the company’s lead for philanthropic initiatives—organizing efforts that support causes like animal rescues, Habitat for Humanity builds, and other charitable community partnerships. A passionate animal lover, Quinn fosters kittens for Pinellas County Animal Services and regularly donates to small rescue organizations across North Florida. At home, life is lively with three teenagers, two small dogs, and a constantly rotating cast of foster cats (she kindly asks that you not inquire how many—she’s lost count and it’s a little embarrassing). Quinn finds humor in the chaos—whether it’s reminding her kids to clean up their messes, losing food she was saving to sneaky snackers, or rewashing laundry that sat too long in the machine. An avid reader, she has an overflowing collection of books, with Mercedes Lackey and Tim Dorsey topping the list of favorites. She also loves discovering new restaurants—especially local, family-owned gems—with bonus points if she’s never tried the dish before.
Jake Milbourn
Regional Sales Manager - Southwest FloridaJake brings an exceptional blend of expertise, precision, and people-first service to Pelican Int’l. With a strong background as both a salesman and public adjuster for exterior projects, he’s gained a deep understanding of construction needs, product performance, and how to navigate even the most detailed job requirements. His clients know him as someone who communicates clearly, follows through, and consistently looks out for their best interests. Beyond his professional skill, Jake is a natural leader with a passion for his community. He volunteers as a coach for the Clearwater Jr. Tornadoes 14U football team, where he brings the same focus, discipline, and encouragement that define his work at Pelican. His players and clients alike benefit from his steady guidance, supportive attitude, and commitment to helping others succeed. Amy Spinelli
Regional Sales Manager - East FloridaAmy is a proud mom of four, grandma to four more, and a lifelong builder in every sense of the word. Her journey in the stone, cabinet, and construction industry began over 35 years ago, working alongside family in their kitchen, bath, and fabrication business. What started as a hands-on education in craftsmanship and hard work quickly grew into a lifelong passion and calling. Over the decades, Amy has evolved from working in the family shop to leading large-scale projects, collaborating with builders, designers, and architects. Every slab, sink, and structure tells a story—and she’s had the privilege of helping thousands of clients tell theirs. Amy has built her career on the foundations of integrity, innovation, and a deep understanding of both the art and science of construction. Whether it’s stone, plumbing, flooring, or finishes, she believes in delivering beauty and function that lasts. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time in her garden, tending to her indoor jungle of houseplants, or working on DIY projects—often on her Jeep. She loves painting, cooking out with family, getting lost in a great book, and embracing every moment of being a grandma. For Amy, this business is personal. Regional Sales Manager - Central FloridaKaterine better known as “Kat”, leads sales strategy and customer engagement through her role as Regional Sales Manager of Central Florida. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she brings bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and a multicultural perspective that elevates every client relationship and team interaction. A results-driven leader, Kat has a proven track record of launching new products, shaping strategic sales initiatives, and empowering teams to exceed ambitious goals. Her strength lies in pairing business strategy with customer insight—consistently driving measurable growth while cultivating long-standing partnerships. A&D Specification ManagerCody began his journey with Pelican in our warehouse, where his dedication, reliability, and eagerness to learn quickly became evident. Over time, he found his niche in the projects department, where he applies a deep, hands-on knowledge of our operations to ensure every project runs seamlessly. Known for his commitment to those he supports, Cody goes above and beyond to provide answers, solutions, and guidance whenever they are needed. His experience across multiple areas of the company has given him a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of Pelican’s processes, making him a trusted resource for colleagues and clients alike. Shipping ManagerChristian plays a key role in keeping the company’s shipping operations running efficiently. As Shipping Manager, he ensures orders move out accurately and on schedule, supporting Pelican’s commitment to reliable service and smooth project timelines across the state. His organization, steady communication, and problem solving make him a dependable anchor for the warehouse team. A proud supporter of all Tampa Bay sports teams — the Bucs, Lightning, and Rays — Christian brings that same hometown passion into everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, classic films, and especially older horror movies. He also has a strong interest in geography and loves exploring different cultures and environments, always curious about the world beyond his own backyard.
Todd Colburn
Fleet ManagerTodd is the go-to expert for all things on wheels. As Fleet Manager, he oversees the maintenance, safety, and legal compliance of Pelican’s entire vehicle fleet, ensuring every delivery hits the road ready to provide reliable service to customers across Florida. His focus on efficiency and care keeps operations moving smoothly day after day. When he’s off the clock, Todd can usually be found on the golf course, out on the water fishing, or cheering — loudly — for his beloved Buffalo Bills. His mix of dedication, mechanical know-how, and unwavering team spirit makes him a key player in Pelican’s day-to-day success.
