How We Handle Returns

We strive to provide high-quality kitchen and bath products. However, we understand that situations arise where you may want to return your product to us. Please ensure that the product meets the following requirements before initiating your return.

Return Guidelines

  • The return must be issued within 30 days of receiving the product. Products returned after this window will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unopened and in good condition.
  • Pelican Int'l does not cover return shipping/handling or postage costs. These must be covered by the person issuing the return.
  • We offer a comprehensive, limited life-time warranty for most of our products. If you are experiencing an issue with the product, review the warranty and issue a claimPlease be as descriptive as possible about any issues you are experiencing and the date they started.
